In this full time role, the Equipment/Grader Operator reports directly to the Regional Maintenance Coordinator and performs essential maintenance on roads. With a minimum of three years of grading experience, you will complete detailed inspections, maintain parts inventory, and identify hazards for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure gravel roads are safe for all users
• Perform daily pre/post-operation inspections
• Identify maintenance concerns on equipment
• Document work orders for better scheduling
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to set priorities
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of grading experience
• Off-highway equipment handling knowledge
• Proficient in basic computer operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Class 5 driver’s license is essential
