Position OverviewWe are looking for an Associate advisor and Operations Manager in our Toronto location managing client investments, relationships, initiating, implementing and maintaining operations with our advisor team.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships and investment management for a group of clientsWork with other advisors on the team in managing client affairs, including investment management, wealth planning and insurance coverageAssist in development and implementation of processes and best practices for investment implementation and maintenance, client reporting, and business analyticsIncorporate systems into daily activities and work with colleagues to maximize efficiency of systemsQualifications5 or more years of industry/advisory experienceStrong systems knowledge: MS Office Suite, solid Excel, data management toolsExperience with Dataphile/Broadridge SystemsReporting tools:
