PROJECT COORDINATOR (PMO) – 12-MONTH CONTRACT Work Model: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite – Subject to Increase)We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support complex initiatives within a Commercial Lending Operations environment. This role will partner closely with senior project leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time through robust coordination, reporting, and quality assurance practices.The ideal candidate brings deep PMO experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to produce executive-ready materials while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise setting.RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessionsCapture meeting minutes, decisions, risks, and action items with follow-upsMaintain project plans, RAID logs, status trackers, and documentation repositoriesSupport executive reporting, dashboards, and status updatesReview and proofread deliverables to ensure executive-ready qualityTrack risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projectsSupport onboarding, access management,



and operational project needsContribute to PMO standards, templates, and process improvement initiativesMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or similar rolesExperience supporting large, complex, or multi-project environmentsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Experience with collaboration and project tools (Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Planner, Jira)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilitiesKnowledge of PMO governance frameworks, templates, and reportingDetail-oriented with strong proofreading and quality control skillsExposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONSFinancial services or commercial lending experienceExperience supporting senior project managers or PMO leadersCertifications in project management or process improvement#J-18808-Ljbffr
