Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions aligned with business requirements Identify automation opportunities and partner with stakeholders to streamline processes Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units Document solution designs, workflows, and best practices Support testing, deployment, and post-production monitoring of automations Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 3–5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development Hands-on experience with leading RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) General Programming/scripting experience (Python, .NET, or similar) Ability to analyze business processes and design scalable automation solutions Experience with API integrations and working with structured/unstructured data Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills within RPA environments Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders Experience working in financial services environments, preferably banking Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows (document processing, NLP, computer vision, etc.) Exposure to automations in AI capabilities in UiPath or Copilot studio or Power Automate or Appian Knowledge of OCR and intelligent document processing tools Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in regulated environments Prior experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to automation COEs
