Become a part of PASAN's mission as a Harm Reduction Program Coordinator in Downtown East Toronto. This role focuses on community cleanup, training, and engagement aimed at promoting harm reduction strategies.
You'll coordinate vital community care programs targeting safer disposal of harm reduction supplies. This position includes engaging with community members, facilitating training initiatives, and monitoring program success. Solid relationship-building skills will enable you to effectively address community challenges and promote health equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the harm reduction cleanup program
• Manage incoming cleanup requests accurately
• Develop routes, staffing schedules, and supply chains




• Engage with local stakeholders for outreach efforts
• Provide training on safety protocols for community initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant program delivery experience
• Knowledge of harm reduction and health social issues
• Understanding the impact of incarceration and stigma
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Proven track record of collaborative partnerships
