$3/hour AZ Premium when directed to operate equipment that require AZ $5/hour Snow Plow Premium $1/hr Night Shift Premium Work Conditions

Local applicants will be given preference due to the location of the work As we respond to various weather patterns, shift work, on-call, and night shift will be required Work schedules will consist of either 5 consecutive days followed by 2 days off or 6 consecutive days followed by 1 day off, with daily shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours (Shop specific) CLAC union position Essential Responsibilities

Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways year-round, including assisting with Labourer duties (pothole repair, guardrail repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.) Work outside in all weather conditions Required Skills

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs. on a regular basis, bending, kneeling, crouching etc. Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with air endorsement Provide a copy of a 3-year commercial driver’s abstract Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset
