The Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the clinical risk and adult protection programs, including the standard operating policies and procedures, in alignment with the organization's culture, values and strategic direction.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceA level of education,



training and experience equivalent to a Masters degree in a related field such as Nursing, Health Information, Health Administration, Leadership and five (5) years' related experience including leading change initiatives and working with Risk Management processes in a large organization. Experience in the development and application of capacity building tools and strategies. Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in office management systems, risk management, methodology and systems thinking. The salary range for this position is $108,147 (min) to $135,184 (midpoint) to $155,461 (max) per annum (based on 1 FTE). Salary placement is between min and midpoint, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
