Job description

- Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the R&O; Shop.
- Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations.
- Entering batch reports into SAP system.
- Track key performance indicators including TAT/OTD/WIP/Backlog Management and work order Management.
- Create and maintain work orders within SAP by maintaining accurate entry/issuance of parts and inventory by providing the necessary documents for issuance of the parts.




- Optimizes work processes to improve efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability.
- Work closely with Supply Chain to resolve material shortages affecting repair schedules.
- Communicate delays, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
- Track component movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support quality and regulatory audits as required.
- Willing to carry AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis.

Candidate skills & requirements

- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), aerospace, manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to airworthiness requirements an asset.

Salary: $58,400 to $72,900
