We're currently hiring for Sales Associate (1 Full Time) to join our team for our store located in Burlington Mall.Preferably with robust communication skills, tech knowledge, and experience in sales or customer service.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customerAssess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challengesAbility to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, new products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and servicesProviding exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clientsHandle requests,
