About this team:

The Senior Director, Demand,, Canada, reporting to the Managing Director, Canada, will be in charge of defining the countrys demand strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, deepen executive relationships across agencies, brands and DSPs, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership, market influence, and hands-on commercial execution.

In this role you will:

• Own Canadas demand strategy, commercial planning, revenue targets and business performance across agencies, brands and DSPs
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization through disciplined execution, forecasting, pipeline management, coaching and accountability
• Build executive relationships with Canadas largest buyers and position Magnite as a trusted strategic partner
• Drive strategic growth by expanding existing partnerships and developing new demand opportunities across CTV, omnichannel,
  
  
  
  curated deals and emerging channels
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic enterprise partnerships
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Partnerships, Product, Operations and Marketing to influence strategy, accelerate product adoption and maximize customer outcomes
• Represent Magnite as a senior leader within the Canadian advertising ecosystem through industry engagement and thought leadership

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media or advertising technology
• 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Established executive relationships across Canadian agencies, brands and DSPs
• Experience building and leading high-performing sales organizations
• Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred

Magnites hybrid schedule includes two days worked remotely (Monday and Friday) and three days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
