In this HR role, you will partner with Talent and Culture Business Partners to implement impactful programs and projects. Utilizing your skills in data analysis and project management, you will address HR challenges and improve processes. Key Responsibilities: • Support HR program implementation with business leaders • Analyze data and prepare reports for management • Participate in HR project management and delivery • Compile metrics and dashboards for employee experience • Optimize Talent and Culture Business Partner systems

Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of HR experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Advanced French and intermediate English skills • Excellent project management and prioritization abilities • Proactive, autonomous, and customer-focused approach
