(FIC) is a multi-family office providing multiple services, including estate planning, risk management, financial counsel, trusteeship, investment advice, and other services.We recognize excellent relationship management, accurate, actionable, and sound advice, and the desire to deliver the best quality work, improving the groups overall performance and increasing its value-added capacities.SummaryWe are looking for a Vice President, Co-Investment Management to lead our co-investment business and a team of dedicated professionals supporting investors seeking to deploy capital into co-investment opportunities across technology, private debt, and other private-market assets.This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, developing and managing investor relationships, leading investment processes, and shaping the strategic direction and growth of the co-investment business.Role OverviewYour role will include:Building, developing, and managing relationships with limited partners, general partners, family offices, and other institutional investors across Canada, the United States, and globallyIdentifying, sourcing, and evaluating co-investment opportunities across technology, private debt, and other private-market assetsDeveloping and presenting investment opportunities to limited partners, general partners, family offices, and other prospective investorsPresenting co-investment opportunities originated by other members of the team to existing and prospective investor relationshipsPreparing and presenting investment recommendations to client investment committeesLeading the strategic direction and execution of the co-investment business planIdentifying opportunities to expand the business into new geographies, investment verticals, and service offeringsLeading and directing the team's due diligence efforts, including commercial, legal, tax,



and financial diligenceManaging the investment process from opportunity identification through diligence, evaluation, and executionWorking closely with the broader Stalwart team to identify and develop cross-group opportunitiesProviding leadership, mentorship, and direction to members of the co-investment teamContributing to the overall growth and development of the firm's private-market investment platformRequired Skills or ExperienceMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in technology, private equity, private debt, investment banking, investment management, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with sophisticated institutional and private-market investorsStrong understanding of technology investments, private markets, and co-investment opportunitiesProven ability to source, evaluate, and develop investment opportunitiesStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex investment conceptsDemonstrated leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing teamEstablished relationships with limited partners, general partners, family offices, or other institutional investors considered an assetStrong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for business growthSalary and BenefitsDiscretionary bonus up to $600,000 based on company and personal performanceExtended health benefitsPosition TypeNature: Permanent, Full-timeTime Commitment: High-commitment position with the requirement for extensive overtime as neededStart Date: ImmediatePlease note:Candidates must be currently authorized to work in Canada.We are an equal chance employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
