What You’ll Do

As an LPN at Point Grey, you’ll play a vital role in providing resident‑centered care. Supporting resident admissions, discharges, and transfers Completing assessments and contributing to individualized care planning Administering medications, treatments, and wound care Documenting care in PointClickCare and completing MDS assessments Liaising with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Delegating tasks to care aides and participating in care conferences and medication reviews What You Bring





Active registration as an LPN in good standing with BCCNM Current CPR and First Aid certification Proficiency in electronic documentation systems (e.g., PointClickCare, eMAR) Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) Effective critical thinking and decision‑making skills Previous experience in long‑term care (preferred) What We Offer
