Wow every customer: greet clients warmly, listen to their concerns, and set clear expectations from check-in to pickup Own the front desk: answer phones, manage walk-ins, and keep the lobby running smoothly Run the schedule: book appointments, manage shop capacity, and keep the day's flow tight so nothing falls through the cracks Keep techs on track: communicate priorities, relay customer approvals quickly, and help the shop hit its daily targets Follow through:



update customers on job status, explain invoices, and handle payment and pickup Requirements

Robust phone presence – you enjoy talking to people Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, startup environment Positive, solutions-first attitude Clear communicator who builds trust quickly Comfortable with scheduling software / basic computer systems Automotive service writer, dealership front desk, or similar customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required Benefits of Working with Us
