Our client in Aurora is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer. They are seeking someone with who was worked in a low volume, high mix environment and has experience working with electrical components.

Location: Aurora, Ontario. 100% On Site

Position Type: Full time, Permanent

Vacancy Status: This is an active vacancy

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

- Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Lead projects from design to production
- Maintain BOM’s, work instructions, PFMEA and cycle time standards
- Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5Y, Fishbone Diagrams, etc.
- Support ECO’s

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of work experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer




- 3 years of experience working for a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment
- Experience leading new product introduction (NOI)
- Experience designing manufacturing fixtures, tooling and production aids
- Comfortable working outdoors when the project requires it.
- Travel to client or supplier sites, as required
