This full-time nursing role involves managing caseloads, supporting patients with parenteral nutrition, and ensuring safe hospital discharges. You will work three long days, from 7:30am to 8:30pm, providing essential nutritional support for chronically ill patients in their homes. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and the NHS will help enhance patients' independence and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home IV therapy and nutritional support
• Visit patients daily to manage feeding systems




• Facilitate safe discharge of parenteral nutrition patients
• Support patients, carers, and healthcare teams in the community
• Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with relevant experience
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration
• Experience with home health care preferred
