As we continue to scale, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and support the company's next phase of growth.Position SummaryThe Director of Finance will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role will partner closely with the executive team to drive financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline, and provide the insights needed to support informed business decisions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & PlanningDevelop and lead the company's annual budgeting and forecasting processesProvide strategic financial guidance to the executive team on growth initiatives, capital allocation, and investment decisionsBuild financial models to support long-range planning and scenario analysisFinancial Reporting & AnalysisOversee preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsDeliver weekly financial KPIs to leadership and stakeholdersAnalyze margins, cost structures, and operational efficiency across product lines and facilitiesAccounting & ControlsEnsure the integrity of accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance with GAAPManage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors,
