The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, strong mechanical abilities, and a positive eye for detail. Responsibilities include operating and setting up press brake machines, reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control. The position offers a fast-paced work environment with competitive pay ranging from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience, along with benefits after the probation period.
