Site leaders here get real authority to run their projects, direct access to a General Superintendent who mentors rather than micromanages, and a steady pipeline of ICI work that means job security without the boom-and-bust feel of smaller shops. Strong performers move into bigger, more complex projects fast.What you'll be doing:Owning site health and safety,



leading incident investigations and corrective actionBuilding the subcontractor and stakeholder relationships that keep projects movingLeading site mobilization and set-up with the Project Manager and Project CoordinatorCoordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to protect schedule and budgetTracking job progress and cost, reporting clearly to managementResolving client concerns and confirming design specs are being met on siteWhat you'll need:A construction-related degree/diploma plus 7+ years of Industrial Construction experience in the ICI sector (or equivalent training and experience)Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract softwareStrong grasp of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specs and materialsCurrent health and safety credentials such as Working at Heights, First Aid, and Basics of SupervisionCompensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process. Full time, salaried, 40 hours/week, working from job sites across the GTA.
