Drive inventory accuracy and integrity across stores and warehousesManage inventory allocation, replenishment, transfers, and stock movement across the retail networkMonitor inventory levels to optimize product availability while minimizing overstocks and stockoutsAnalyze inventory variances, shrinkage, and discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsDevelop and monitor inventory KPIs, reports, and processes to improve accuracy and reduce inventory lossesOversee store inventory counts and support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation processesEnsure compliance with inventory control procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesAnalyze sales performance, inventory productivity, sell-through, and replenishment requirementsUse the AS400 inventory management system for data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and inventory-related processesSupport item setup, product master data maintenance, pricing updates, and inventory parameters for recent product launchesIdentify inventory risks and recommend corrective actionsImprove inventory processes, methodologies, and system interfacesPrepare inventory reports and actionable insightsCollaborate with Merchandising, Operations, Security, Finance, IT, Stores, Warehouses, Logistics, and external inventory-counting providersSupport continuous improvement initiatives enhancing inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and supply chain efficiencyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – mandatoryExperience in inventory planning, allocation, replenishment, supply chain,



logistics analysis, inventory control, or retail operationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience analyzing inventory data, variances, shrinkage, and operational KPIsHigh level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detailAbility to identify root causes, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable recommendationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple departmentsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environmentExperience working with AS400 is considered an advantageExperience with retail planning, inventory management, or ERP systems is considered an assetCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in inventory management, including allocation, replenishment, and data analysis using AS400.
