Ensures safe food handling practices, and provides other duties to promote sustainability, quality food and safety.ResponsibilitiesCreates blended menu options that meet the nutritional dietary needs of a diverse adult customer basePrepares customized meals for dietary restrictions as neededPlans and caters for special social events or business meetings as required.Inspect food deliveries for quantity and quality, rejecting inferior items when necessary.Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment daily and reports maintenance or safety needsMaintains kitchen equipment, reports to the supervisor about needs of purchase, necessary repairs, and any safety concerns in a timely mannerFollows protected food handling, preparation, storage,
