The role is well suited to an experienced Canadian tax skilled who enjoys complex private company tax planning and advisory work.The OpportunityYou will work closely with the firm's tax leadership and clients on matters including:Corporate reorganizations and restructuringEstate and succession planningTrust and shareholder planningM&A; and transaction-related tax mattersTax planning for owner-managed and privately held businessesReviewing complex tax work prepared by other team membersThe role is primarily focused on tax planning and advisory, with limited compliance responsibilities and no significant business development requirement.What We're Looking ForCPA designationSeveral years of Canadian tax planning experienceCompletion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program or equivalent advanced tax trainingStrong experience advising private companies and owner-managed businessesExperience with corporate reorganizations,
