Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA) Job Duties Job Duties
Shipping and receiving the majority of items entering or leaving the campus.
Banner and computer database research and data entry. Record and filing.
Pickup and delivery of supplies, internally and externally, as well as handling mail.
Ensure fixed assets are properly tagged and tracked.
Provide campus mail services.
Coordinate all sales and salvage activity.
Provide backup for the WHMIS / MSDS tracking process.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1. Completion of Grade 12.
2. Two years’ recent and relevant experience in all activities related to warehousing and shipping/receiving or supply chain certification. Knowledge of purchasing, transportation and inventory control skills.
3. Knowledge of general business/accounting and administration.
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
6. Valid Driver’s license.
7. Valuable organizational and time management skills.
8. Good interpersonal, communication, and customer services skills.
9. Ability to handle heavy/awkward objects on a regular basis.
10. Must attain forklift certification within three months of hiring.
11. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
