Location: 1904 13 Ave. N. Lethbridge AB in Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre We are currently looking for an experienced Group Fitness instructor to teach our seniors from ages 55-95 year old. The instructor needs to be able to modify the class to suit all senior needs. (Eg. Lower back arthritis what poses to do from a chair or standing that will help with this). Must be a caring, attention to detail, and dedicated person. We are currently looking for casual instructor to fill in for holidays or sick days starting as soon as possible. Each class runs from 45 minutes to 1 hour long. Dates can be discussed further. Requirements and qualifications
Credentials required: AFLCA Group fitness leader specializing in the Older Adult population. First aid and CPR an asset but not required.
