Join OSEG Foundation in supporting the Autism Moves program through dedicated sport program assistance. This part-time role offers impactful one-on-one support for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In this contract position, you will work closely with coaches and the Program Leader to ensure effective delivery of sport sessions. You will adapt activities for individual needs, monitor participant behavior, and contribute to a supportive environment. Your efforts will help maximize the positive experiences of all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in weekly sport session facilitation
• Provide tailored support to participants with ASD
• Collaborate with coaches to support youth challenges




• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Manage session setup and cleanup efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience supporting children and youth with disabilities
• Excellent communication and connection-building skills
• Understanding of inclusive and sensory-sensitive approaches
• Available to work flexible hours on weekends
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check required
