Reviewing annual loans by completing rent roll updates Reviewing operating statements & input tenant classification and market research Updating loan information and data management Reporting and assisting the team on mortgage investment underwriting Our Ideal Candidate:

Undergraduate Student enrolled in Commerce/Business, Finance, Economics, Math or related field Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word,

As the successful student on the mortgages team, you will become very familiar with the inner workings on AIMCo's Mortgage's portfolio. You will seek out efficiencies and work with the investment professionals around you to implement them. You will take advantage of your summer at AIMCo by building connections across the organization.
