We are a dynamic and diverse team looking for a passionate individual who shares our values and is eager to help drive the company forward.To support our growth, we are looking for a QHSE Supervisor to join our team.ResponsabilitiesEnsure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement in operational processesMonitor and enforce quality control measures across departmentsSupport the preparation and execution of external audits (e.G., ISO 9001)Supervise the development and enforcement of health and safety programs in the workplaceConduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and mitigate risksLead accident and incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and documentedEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practicesRaise environmental awareness and oversee waste management, recycling, and energy conservation initiativesDeliver training and awareness sessions on QHSE practices, regulatory compliance, and emergency response proceduresMaintain records of training and certifications to ensure employees meet required qualificationsIdentify potential health, safety, and environmental risks and implement mitigation strategiesInvestigate incidents, near misses,
and safety concerns and ensure corrective measures are appliedEnsure compliance with applicable local, provincial, and federal QHSE regulationsPrepare reports on QHSE performance, trends, and key issues for managementSupport the QHSE Manager in maintaining and updating compliance documentationMaintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness of emergency equipmentIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in QHSE processesMonitor and track QHSE KPIs and support the achievement of organizational objectivesProfileBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3 to 5 years of experience in a QHSE roleStrong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systemsRelevant certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent are considered an assetAbility to work in various environments (office, shop floor, or field)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to train and mentor employees on QHSE mattersProficiency in Microsoft Office and QHSE management toolsAdvanced French and intermediate English (bilingualism is an asset)What we offerGroup RRSPPaid Time OffVision Care InsuranceSupplemental Health InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Interested in this chance?Send your application today — we look forward to learning more about you.Send your application to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
