Help adults live independently with ILS as a full-time Homemaker in Simcoe County. Support clients through cleaning, meal prep, and laundry, promoting dignity and autonomy.

In this temporary position, you will report to the Supervisor of Homemaking, delivering high-quality homemaking services aligned with ILS policies. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living tasks, fostering independence while collaborating with healthcare partners. Ideal candidates should have prior housekeeping experience and possess robust communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide cleaning and meal preparation services for clients • Assist with laundry and household management tasks • Collaborate with healthcare providers and ILS staff • Follow client service plans and support independent living • Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy laws

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous housekeeping experience preferred • Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
