The OpportunityNorthern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Fort St. John Primary Care team. This casual position offers flexibility and the chance to provide longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages. The NP will attach a patient panel and contribute to a collaborative, culturally safe care workplace supported by physicians, other nurse practitioners, primary care assistants, and an interprofessional team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient population.Use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for documentation and care coordination.Collaborate with a supportive team of physicians, nurse practitioners,
