Hendriks Greenhouses is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) in Ontario. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role requires flexibility as hours may vary. The position focuses on onboarding and training of TFWs, ongoing wellness checks, housing inspections with Maintenance, transportation support, translation services, and maintaining TFW records while contributing to program improvements.
