CORE SERVER DUTIESDuties include, but are not limited to:- Greetings and serving guests professionally- Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately- Operating the POS system and handling payments responsibly- Maintaining menu knowledge and guest satisfaction- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management- Complying with all workplaces, health, and safety policiesB. TAKE‑OUT, PHONE & ORDER SUPPORT- Answering incoming phone calls professionally- Taking take‑out and delivery orders by phone accurately- Entering or relaying orders correctly into the POS or to kitchen staff- Confirming order details with customers (items, quantities,



special instructions)- Packing food orders carefully by matching items with the Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT)- Verifying accuracy of packed orders before handing‑off to customers or delivery drivers3.
