rights of way and undertaking letters and complex registrations at the Land Title OfficeReal estate financing work for both lender and borrower clients, including preparation of mortgages and related security documentsAll matters in connection with bulk strata lot closings of current development units, including preparation of information packages and all required closing documentsReal estate related due diligence searches and reportingReviewing and understanding purchase and sales contractsCommunicating with sales centers, purchasers' solicitors, clients, realtors and othersFamiliarity with LOTA and PTT reporting requirementsQualificationsPost-secondary education in Paralegal Studies or equivalent work experience with commercial real estate proceduresMinimum 5 years' experience as a commercial real estate paralegal in a law firmAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervisionExcellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skillsGood computer knowledge with common Real Estate related programs along with sound knowledge of my LTSA, Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
