Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, qualify, and place top talent with clients across the US and Canada.

This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers, and closing placements.

Compensation

- US Clients: USD $5,000 per successful placement
- Canadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placement
- No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates against client requirements
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Present strong candidates to clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage the recruitment process through to successful placement




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter account preferred; LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is the minimum requirement
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience recruiting for US or Canadian companies is a robust plus
