Technology Strategy & Innovation to translate business priorities into technology, data, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities

- Hands-on experience applying Generative AI or AI technologies to real-world business or technical problems.
- Experience building or prototyping AI agents, AI workflows or AI-enabled applications .
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI solution design .
- Ability to clearly explain when AI should—and should not—be used to solve a problem.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with one or more AI development platforms/tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain or similar technologies .
- Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL .
- Strong understanding of data and business workflows.
- Ability to work independently and take an idea from problem definition through POC.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or similar workflow technologies .

Nice-to-Have

- Capital Markets, Investment Management, Wealth Management or broader Financial Services experience.
- Experience with multi-agent architectures .
- Experience integrating AI agents with applications, data sources or workflow automation tools.
- Data modelling or data analytics experience.
- Software development or engineering background.
- Experience taking AI POCs toward production.
- Master's degree or formal education in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline .
