Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Toronto / Ontario, Canada (Onsite/Hybrid) Experience: 7+ Years Role Overview We are seeking a senior OTL Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on implementation expertise to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions. This is an onsite role based in the Toronto, Ontario area. Key Responsibilities Lead full-lifecycle OTL implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment. Write, customize, and troubleshoot complex Quick Formulas for time calculation, shift differential, premium pay, and rule-based validation logic. Configure OTL elements, repeating periods, work schedules, timecard layouts, approval styles, and integration rules with Oracle Payroll and Absences. Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert (SME) to bridge business HR/Payroll requirements with technical architecture.



Build and maintain integrations between OTL and third-party systems or upstream/downstream Oracle modules. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-go-live hypercare support. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 years of dedicated techno-functional experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). Implementation Track Record: Direct involvement in at least 2 to 3 full-cycle OTL implementations . Fast Formula Expertise: Deep technical hands-on experience crafting and optimizing custom Fast Formulas for complex labor rules. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data models, PL/SQL, database structures, and workflow configurations related to time tracking.
