This position will be accountable for providing legal advice in relation to the franchisor/franchisee relationship, drafting and negotiating franchise documents, and ensuring compliance with franchise legislation. This lawyer will support McDonald’s Canadian Franchising team and other internal business units to meet strategic business initiatives.
