Key Responsibilities

- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and best practices.
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting team performance.
- Promote continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and process optimization.
- Support change management and Agile adoption at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Agile coaching experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Secure Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
