We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a portfolio of HHB initiatives, with an initial primary focus on the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This is a skilled services consulting engagement with assignments authorized on a task-by-task basis.What you'll be doingLead all aspects of assigned projects — define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs; develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, and project management plansEstablish governance structures and communication plans at project outsetManage daily project activities to ensure work progresses according to approved plans; maintain project documentation, decisions, and approvals in alignment with HHB requirementsLead cross-functional teams; facilitate collaboration across technical and business groups; delegate work, provide direction, and resolve team challengesServe as the primary point of contact for HHB; manage vendor performance against deliverables and costs; communicate status, risks,
and issues to stakeholders and sponsorsMonitor vendor performance, identify non-performance, and recommend corrective actions; elevate issues as requiredDevelop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsIdentify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle; manage scope changes through formal change control processesPrepare and deliver regular status reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders and sponsorsOrganize and facilitate project meetings, briefings, and progress updatesEnsure project deliverables meet defined quality requirements; coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processesMaintain complete, accurate, and auditable project records in HHB systems (e.G., SharePoint)Develop, track, and forecast budgets; review, track, and approve invoicesLead project closeout activities including knowledge
