This position offers a salary range of $60.00 - $72.00 perhour. PrimaryResponsibilities The Longhole Supervisor will provide frontlinesupervision of production drilling, blasting and cable-bolting activities whileensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with projectrequirements. Key responsibilities include: Directand supervise underground longhole crews Coordinatedaily drilling, blasting and cable-bolting activities Assignpersonnel and equipment according to the production schedule Conductshift line-ups, workplace inspections and safety meetings Monitorproductivity, quality and compliance with approved work procedures Coordinatedrill moves, blast preparation and work-area readiness Communicatewith mine operations, engineering, survey,



ground control and maintenance Identifyand address production delays, equipment issues and operationalconstraints Verifyemployee qualifications and ensure workers are assigned appropriate tasks Maintainshift reports, production records and relevant documentation Promotesafe work practices and reinforce Hancon's safety expectations Supportemployee development, training and performance management Assistthe Project Foreman with planning, scheduling and project execution PreferredExperience Minimum 3+ years of underground mining supervisory experience OntarioFirst Line Production Supervisor Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core Stronglonghole drilling and blasting background Previousexperience supervising underground production crews Strongunderstanding of underground mining regulations and safe work practices Demonstratedleadership, communication and organizational skills Abilityto coordinate personnel, equipment and multiple underground work areas ValidFirst Aid certificate Validdriver’s license Eligibleto work in Canada What We Offer: At Hancon, we are committed to providing a safety-first workenvironment while offering competitive compensation and benefits, along withopportunities to grow your skills and career.
