Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Supervisor (2 to less than 3 years of experience) to join our team. This is a full time, on-site position no remote work option.Job Duties:-Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers engaged in aluminum siding, cladding and related building installation, repair and maintenance work.-Establish work methods and schedules and coordinate work activities with subcontractors and other trades.-Review project requirements, drawings and specifications in order to organize work and assign duties to workers.-Monitor work progress, productivity and workmanship to ensure work is completed according to company standards and project requirements.-Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.-Requisition and coordinate materials, tools, equipment and supplies required for ongoing work.-Train and instruct workers in job duties, installation methods,
