Occupational Health NurseProvide health care services to all employees and contractors at Gerdau's Manitoba Mill, Recycling and Bradley locations.Job SummaryReporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager, you are in daily contact with managers, supervisors, administrative staff, hourly employees, contractors, union representatives & safety captains regarding injuries, first aid treatment, annual hearing tests, wellness initiatives (including EAP), first aid kit supplies & Disability Management issues.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupporting and administering the Disability Management program including return to work coordination and WCB processes/reportingThe hearing conservation program and medical screeningsDelivering health education and promoting preventative care initiativesWellness programs (such as gym membership benefits,
