Requirements: • Technical diploma or university degree in aerospace • Ten years relevant experience in aerospace or manufacturing • Three years in a supervisory role managing unionized staff • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication in French and English
