This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and scalable HR technology solutions across multiple countries. The HR Systems Specialist translates business needs into system capabilities, drives process improvements, supports data‑informed decision‑making, and delivers an enhanced user experience for employees, leaders, and HR teams.ResponsibilitiesHR Systems Administration & SupportMaintain data integrity, security, and compliance across HR systems, including HR, Payroll, Advantages, Talent, and Time & Attendance modulesAdminister, configure, and optimize UKG and related HR systems to support onboarding, job changes, compensation updates,



and terminationsServe as the primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving data discrepanciesMaintain system user access and permissions in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirementsReporting, Analytics & InsightsDevelop, maintain, and optimize HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leadersCreate intuitive visuals and self‑service tools providing insights into workforce planning, recruitment, talent, and compensationEstablish and track project‑specific KPIs, ensuring reports are well documented, tested, and optimizedProcess Improvement & System EnhancementsBuild, maintain, and execute the HR systems roadmapIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate people‑related processes, reducing manual effort and improving scalabilityLead or support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, including requirements gathering, UAT, documentation, and change supportCollaboration & IntegrationsCollaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess business requirements and deliver effective system solutionsWork closely with IT on system integrations, data flows,
