Office Administrator

to join their team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

The Opportunity: First impressions matter, and in this role, you'll be the first impression. As the Office Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice greeting visitors and answering calls to support the day-to-day operations of the office, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for employees, clients, and guests alike. Requirements

Welcome visitors and create a warm, professional first impression

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation

Book meeting rooms and assist with office logistics

Maintain a clean, organized reception and common areas

Create and maintain electronic and paper files

Prepare meeting minutes and administrative documentation





Support project teams with document control and administrative tasks

Assist with office equipment coordination and general office operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office support

Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field considered an asset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

Robust organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable learning new software and office systems

Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Positive, friendly, and approachable personality

Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism

Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first attitude

Salary: $48,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience

Annual incentive plan
