Junior Project Control Officer Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite/week Pay: $35–$38/hour Contract: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027 Extension: Up to 250 additional business days We are seeking a Junior Project Control Officer for our public sector client to support their Emergency Services implementation teams within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination and administrative experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups. Maintain project trackers, decision logs, documentation, and shared workspaces. Consolidate workstream updates and support status reporting. Track timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and outstanding actions. Prepare briefing notes, presentations, correspondence, and project documentation. Support Project Managers and Implementation Leads with day-to-day coordination. Assist with invoice tracking, expenses, procurement, and related administrative activities. Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar skilled setting. Strong scheduling, organization, prioritization, communication, and follow-through skills. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams . Experience with MS Project, MS Planner, or similar tools is an asset. Preferred: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Coordination, Health Administration, or a related field. Public-sector, healthcare, health-system implementation, or multi-workstream project experience.
