Our public sector client is seeking a Senior .NET 10 Developer (10+ years) to modernize and implement the Cost Estimate System using .NET 10, Oracle 12c, SQL Server 2025 Enterprise, SSIS, Crystal Reports BOE 4.3, and Power BI.

This role supports the continued modernization and implementation of the Cost Estimate System within a public sector setting. The project includes CES application development, Oracle to SQL Server migration, report integration, and production deployment activities across QA, UAT, and operational support phases. The successful candidate will contribute to Phase 1 production implementation and Phase 2 enhancements while supporting long-term operational readiness through documentation and knowledge transfer.

- SSIS development, data migration , and Power BI Report Development
- Crystal Reports , BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) 4.3 , Crystal Reports 2020 , and Telerik UI

- Develop and implement CES application enhancements and modernization initiatives
- Perform CES database migration from Oracle 12c to SQL Server 2025 Enterprise
- Upgrade the CES application from .NET 8.0 to .NET 10
- Develop and integrate reports using Crystal Reports, BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE), and Power BI
- Design and develop SSIS interfaces and data integration processes
- Provide technical support during SIT, QA, UAT, and Production deployment
- Develop technical documentation, operational support documentation,
