Reap is seeking an Engineering Manager for Card Market Expansion to lead the launch of card programs in NA, EMEA, and LATAM. You will own the end-to-end engineering delivery from regulatory integration to go-live and ongoing operations.

You will guide strategy, design, and cross-functional collaboration to scale Reaps card issuing infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions. A high-ownership leadership role with emphasis on reliability and global expansion.
