This role is focused on deeply understanding customer workflows, translating problems into clear product direction, and driving execution from idea to impact.You will be responsible for owning product priorities, shaping strategy, and delivering high-quality product outcomes grounded in real customer needs.Define and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmapPrioritize work based on customer impact, business goals, and value vs. effortIdentify key workflows, capabilities, and gaps across the productMake explicit tradeoffs on what to build now, later, or not at allAlign product direction with retention, expansion, and support efficiencyTranslate product vision into a cohesive, executable strategyProblem Discovery & DefinitionTranslate customer requests into underlying problems and goalsValidate opportunities using customer feedback, usage data, and business impactUnderstand how customers work today (tools, workflows, constraints)Identify the smallest valuable solution and iterate over timeStay close to customer conversations, support signals, and sales insightsProduct Specification & ExecutionProduce clear, detailed product requirements that engineering can execute confidentlyDefine problem, user, value, workflow, constraints, and success metricsEnsure solutions align with real customer workflows and mental modelsDesign scalable, reusable solutions across similar use casesAnticipate edge cases and system behaviours across the productCollaboration with Engineering,
