This position does not require automotive experience.ResponsibilitiesEnthusiastically meet and greet all customers promptly, in a friendly and professional manner.Assist service customers by telephone or in-person.Answer and transfer incoming service calls, handling customer inquiries in a timely manner.Deliver voicemails from batch line to appropriate personnel.Receive payments for RO's.Assist in maintaining service drive-thru displays and marketing materials.Assist with service administrative duties, as required.Other duties, as required.QualificationsAutomotive experience not requiredExceptional commitment to customer service.Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.High school diploma.Above-average time management and organizational skills.Strong work ethic.Excellent interpersonal,
