In this pivotal role, you'll direct the Mobile Equipment Maintenance Crew, ensuring safety and productivity. Your expertise will drive the execution of preventative maintenance programs and safety inspections, all while fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. The position offers a 14/14 (12-hour day) roster, with residential living preferred but FIFO/DIDO options available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the Mobile Equipment Maintenance team
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance programs effectively




• Conduct job task observations and planned inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Inspect work done by outside mechanical contractors
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma and HD Mechanic Journeyperson certification
• Valid Class G driver’s license
• 5+ years in an underground or industrial environment
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
